STEP 2

TAILORED PROPOSAL

Based on our conversation, you receive a clear proposal with a fixed fee for the requested service. No surprises afterwards — transparent and fair pricing.

STEP 3

DOCUMENT SUBMISSION & IDENTIFICATION

We tell you exactly which documents we need. For BV incorporations, statutory AML/WWFT identification requirements apply. We guide you through this step by step, including for clients outside the EU.

STEP 4

DRAFTING OF DOCUMENTS

We prepare all required legal documents — articles of association, agreements, minutes, deeds — and coordinate with the notary where required. You receive drafts for review before finalisation.

STEP 5

SIGNING & REGISTRATION

Depending on the service, signing takes place digitally or by power of attorney before a local notary. We ensure correct registration with the Chamber of Commerce and deliver all final documents.

AFTERCARE & ONGOING ADVICE

After completion, you are always welcome with questions and additional services. Many clients rely on our ongoing legal support for their Dutch company or group of companies.
